Employees are encouraged to align themselves with Level-Up criteria and success metrics. They are given resources which include but are not limited to: Core Values training, Enhanced Genesis training, Expectations/Attitude Awareness training, and the Level-Up training videos.
Team members can request a Level-Up review at any time by messaging a member of management when they feel they've met the specified criteria.
Tenure reflects the length of time an employee has been with the company. Each level requires a minimum tenure period to be eligible for advancement.
KPIs measure the quality and consistency of an employee's work output against defined benchmarks.
Attitude encompasses how an employee interacts with the team, management, and clients on a day-to-day basis.
